Responsibilities
Validate system functionality, performance, and reliability
Develop test strategies and define test plans
Perform verification activities across various system modules
Collaborate closely with software, hardware, and systems teams
Design, develop, and maintain tools, automated test frameworks, and scripts
Execute functional, integration, regression, and system-level tests
Investigate, analyze, and debug issues identified during testing
Participate in requirements reviews, design reviews, and sprint planning activities
Support CI/CD integration by enabling test automation
Prepare clear documentation including test reports, validation results, and defect tracking
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience in verification, validation, systems testing, or a similar engineering role
Strong programming skills with hands-on experience developing automation scripts and test frameworks
Knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP and Ethernet
Proficiency with network analysis and debugging tools such as Wireshark
Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and version control systems such as Git or Bitbucket
Experience in an Agile development environment (Scrum, sprints)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex system issues
Strong willingness for continuous learning and ability to adapt quickly to new technologies
