Responsibilities
Apply critical thinking to assess business situations and risks and make decisions with minimal supervision.
Develop an understanding of customer needs by using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and following associated workflows.
Grow the portfolio organically and contribute to promotional efforts for new and existing accounts as part of product campaigns and cross-platform partnership initiatives.
Manage, maintain, and balance risk across customer accounts.
Manage existing accounts and identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements
Three to five years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles.
A valid driver’s license, along with reliable and dedicated transportation.
Ability and willingness to travel frequently throughout your territory to support current and prospective customers.
Desire and experience working in a multifaceted environment, effectively managing multiple tasks with a focus on productivity and adaptability.
Apply business expertise effectively, adapt to the audience, maintain curiosity, and efficiently resolve dealers’ key issues.
Strong understanding of portfolio management, risk management, and prospecting.
Ability to work independently and autonomously when required, as well as collaboratively within a team.
Ability to use and understand the technologies required for the role, such as mobile applications and software.
High level of accountability for regional and business objectives.
Experience in the automotive industry or financial services is an asset.
Experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Tableau is an asset.
