• Own the ScreamingFace squad technical architecture end to end across design, engineering, and deployment
• Build the internet's first leaderboard for fusion models and the open toolkit supporting benchmark evaluations
• Deliver reliable technical capabilities and user experience from current implementation through product roadmap evolution
• Drive production readiness through deployment monitoring, error handling, graceful degradation, and operational runbooks

• Design, run, and improve project management practices for an AI-native team.
• Use and build AI agents and automations for status updates, activity summaries, risk detection, stale-work detection, and plan maintenance.
• Establish project management standards and templates, coach product and engineering leads, and develop team-wide project management skills.
• Convert quarterly OKRs into dated, sequenced plans and update them as research and priorities change.
• Maintain a regularly reviewed product roadmap that supports grant proposals and funder reports.
• Own cross-team dependencies across boards, teams, and external partners, resolving blockers proactively.
• Own Linear and Asana project management tooling conventions and ensure tool status matches reality.
• Link GitHub work to Linear issues across active repositories and maintain visibility into PR review, release status, and repository ownership.
• Track and report milestone, cycle-time, and OKR progress to leadership; flag schedule risks and trade-off options early.
• Coordinate external deliverables including partner pilots, program launches, and grant milestones.
• Work with the Chief Product Officer and product, engineering, research, and partnerships teams.
