Responsibilities
Define and lead the global partner marketing strategy and vision
Drive joint go-to-market programs with strategic partners to expand market reach and generate new revenue opportunities
Build and nurture relationships with executive leaders across key partner organizations
Lead a high-performing partner marketing team
Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Global & Events Marketing, and Enablement
Oversee partner campaigns, events, sponsorships, and communications
Use data-driven insights to measure program success and optimize marketing investment
Represent OpenText at industry events, conferences, and executive forums as a thought leader
Influence company-wide go-to-market strategies and align partner marketing with business objectives
Strengthen market presence and enhance partner satisfaction
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
15+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel management, or related leadership roles
Experience ideally within the software or technology sector
Proven track record of building and executing high-impact partner marketing strategies with measurable business outcomes
Strong executive leadership and communication skills
Deep understanding of partner ecosystems, channel dynamics, and joint go-to-market models
Demonstrated ability to manage teams, inspire innovation, and drive strategic alignment
Ability to work across a matrixed organization and lead through influence
Expertise in partner enablement, co-marketing programs, and global campaign execution
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies
