• Working the aged lead database as well as the new leads, there is real money sitting in leads from 30, 60 and 90 days ago
• Keeping the dashboard updated in real time, so nothing is double-called and nothing is forgotten
• Handing over clean notes to the closer, so they walk into the call already knowing the business, the problem, and what was promised
