Senior full-stack engineer building end-to-end features for Optro’s AI-powered GRC Intelligence Platform. Leading architecture, APIs, React-based applications, testing, and engineering mentorship.

Responsibilities

Build and ship product features end-to-end
Write clear and well-defined design documentation
Mentor fellow engineers
Lead application architecture decisions
Troubleshoot, debug and resolve software bugs
Implement back-end APIs in Node.JS
Work on React, Vue, and Ember SPA front ends
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers
Participate in an Agile software development life cycle
Write well-designed, maintainable, and testable code
Apply a product-minded, customer-focused approach
Work with JavaScript, Node.JS, React, Python, Docker, PostgreSQL, and Kubernetes

8+ years of experience developing web-based enterprise SaaS applications
Experience guiding high-quality work through delivery across multiple developers
Experience with a modern front-end framework such as React, Vue, or Ember
Experience writing REST/JSON APIs using Swagger/OpenAPI Specification
Experience writing software tests
Ability to solve technical problems independently
B.S., M.S., or PhD. in Computer Science or equivalent
Experience with Node.JS and modern ES6 or TypeScript
Experience with React
Experience working on SaaS web applications
Docker or Kubernetes experience is a bonus
Background checks are required
