Responsibilities
Partner with Account Executives and Sales Specialists throughout the sales process
Deliver product demonstrations and technical walkthroughs
Assist with technical workshops, evaluations, and proof-of-concept engagements
Help customers understand authentication, access management, and identity governance
Explore integrations with directories, SaaS applications, and enterprise infrastructure
Troubleshoot technical questions during evaluations and demonstrations
Communicate technical concepts to technical and business audiences
Collaborate with teammates to share knowledge and improve demonstrations
Support Identity Security initiatives across Canada focused on IAM and IGA
Help customers design practical identity architectures
Requirements
Experience working with Identity & Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance (IGA), or related security technologies
Familiarity with SAML, OAuth, OIDC, MFA, federation, directory services, and identity lifecycle management
Exposure to CyberArk, SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Ping, or Microsoft Entra ID
Understanding of enterprise directories, SaaS applications, and cloud infrastructure
Ability to troubleshoot APIs, authentication flows, or directory-service integrations
Familiarity with REST APIs and Postman or similar tools
Comfortable with command-line tools and basic scripting
Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP, or OCI
Ability to explain technical topics to technical and business audiences
Comfortable presenting and leading discussions with engineers and IT stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, CISSP or equivalent experience
Ability to travel up to 30%
