Responsibilities
Edit Direct Response Videos to produce engaging edits for formats like VSLs, UGC ads, and short-form content that drive results.
Source & Integrate B-Roll to find high-quality, relevant footage from external sites to enhance storytelling and keep visuals dynamic.
Create Iterations of Winning Ads by taking top-performing creatives and reworking them into new variations for ongoing testing and scaling.
Follow High-Converting Editing Principles by implementing best practices for pacing, structure, transitions, hooks, and calls to action to maximize viewer engagement.
Maintain Visual Consistency & Brand Quality to ensure all output adheres to brand style guidelines and maintains a polished, professional look.
Collaborate with Creative & Strategy Teams to work closely with Creative Strategists, marketers, and designers to execute concepts with speed and quality.
Requirements
Proven experience editing for direct response brands or performance marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of engagement-driven editing techniques (pacing, storytelling, viewer retention)
Expert-level proficiency with industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects)
Ability to work with briefs and scripts to bring strategic concepts to life
Attention to detail, excellent file organization, and ability to meet tight deadlines
Familiarity with AI tools for editing or asset sourcing (nice-to-have)
Experience creating for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid social platforms (nice-to-have)
Motion graphics or animation experience (bonus)
Experience with tools like ICON, Motion, and AI automation tools (bonus points for leveraging them in workflows)
