Associate Architect role on VoiceAI team in healthcare technology. Designing and implementing AI-powered applications for patient experience and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Design and build scalable software.
Design, implement, and maintain distributed software systems with a focus on AI-enabled product capabilities, Voice AI agents, and LLM-powered workflows.
Drive technical architecture.
Define system architecture, business domain boundaries, scalability strategies, infrastructure requirements, monitoring, and technical documentation.
Partner across teams.
Collaborate with Product Management, Design, architects, and engineering teams to define requirements, evaluate solutions, and deliver high-quality products.
Lead engineering execution.
Guide sprint planning, support software deployment, contribute code, perform pull request reviews, maintain security and quality standards, and support products throughout their lifecycle.
Provide technical leadership.
Mentor engineers, support hiring, lead Beta cycles, troubleshoot production issues, manage escalations, and help drive Agile development practices.
Continuously improve solutions.
Evaluate frameworks, technologies, and build-versus-buy decisions while leveraging AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
10+ years of experience building distributed applications in an object-oriented language such as C# or Java.
2+ years of hands-on experience designing, building, or integrating Voice AI agents and LLM-powered workflows in production environments.
