• Execute the strategic plan for the Private Equity division, driving profitability, client satisfaction, operational excellence, and long-term growth
• Lead KPI reviews and divisional performance management, using data and business insight to support clear priorities and sustained improvement
• Support firmwide transformation, operating standards, continuous improvement, and scalability initiatives
• Lead Private Equity service delivery teams across locations, ensuring timeliness, quality, consistency, and high standards across accounting, reporting, valuations, and client deliverables
• Improve client allocation methodologies, workforce planning, utilization, and capacity management
• Standardize operating practices, workflow disciplines, onboarding routines, and readiness for audits and client due diligence
• Own divisional profitability and operating performance, including utilization, realization, staffing levels, margins, and client profitability

• Management of a portfolio of client relationships
• Reviewing and approving net asset valuations performed by fund accountants prior to release to clients and investors, which includes:
• Reviewing capital activity such as capital calls & distributions
• Reviewing the general ledger
• Reviewing cash activity and cash reconciliations
• Reviewing income and expenses, including management and performance fees and ensuring they are accrued for and are in accordance with relevant accounting standards
• Reviewing Investor Statements and contract notes
• Reviewing pricing information provided by clients for Level 3 investments
• Reviewing financial statements
• Managing year-end audits/tax reporting with clients’ and independent auditors and ensuring fieldwork is completed on schedule
• Actively manages staff’s time and workload effectively ensuring both internal and external deadlines are met
• Ability to manage their own time and workload effectively to ensure both internal and external deadlines are met
• Actively manages client request’s and ensures staff are responding to queries in a timely and professional manner
• Ability to prioritize multiple client requests and determine which require escalating to Senior Management
