Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with operational standards and facilitate smooth communication between the franchisor and franchisees
- Implement continuous improvement plans to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Conduct monthly visits to audit compliance with brand standards
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, health regulations and food safety policies
- Identify gaps and propose action plans
- Analyze performance data and prepare reports for management
- Collaborate with franchisees to improve the customer experience
- Proactively communicate with management about exceptional and urgent situations
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with franchisees
Requirements
- Vocational diploma (DEP) in hotel management, restaurant services or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in the restaurant industry, quality inspection or franchise management
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Attention to detail, results-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills
- Proficiency with MYR, Cluster, Google Workspace, ClickUp or equivalent tools
- Flexibility and ability to travel frequently within the territory
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
