• Lead and coordinate Field Services personnel during assigned operations, deployments, training and trials
• Plan and coordinate personnel, equipment, logistics and resources to meet operational and customer requirements
• Prepare, assemble, test, configure, operate, recover and maintain Uncrewed Vehicle Systems and associated equipment
• Operate and supervise ground-control, launcher, recovery and Ground Support Equipment
• Conduct and coordinate first-line maintenance, fault diagnosis and authorised replacement of line replaceable units
• Complete and supervise pre- and post-operation inspections, servicing, system recovery and equipment preparation
• Prepare and handle payloads, recovery systems and pyrotechnic equipment when trained and authorised
• Maintain equipment configuration, serviceability and operational readiness
• Identify and resolve technical, logistical and operational issues, escalating significant concerns as required
• Deliver practical and theoretical UVS training within demonstrated competence and authorisation
• Coach, mentor and support UVS Operator development
• Act as operational interface with customers regarding requirements, capabilities, constraints and risks
• Prepare operational reports, briefings and supporting documentation
• Support continuous improvement of operational procedures, training materials and Field Services capability
• Conduct activities in accordance with safety, quality, security and environmental requirements, including ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015
• Apply stop-work authority and escalate safety, technical, quality or operational concerns
• Undertake worldwide travel, including short-notice and extended assignments at military facilities, ranges, remote locations and aboard ships
• Work flexible hours and shift patterns, including day and night operations
