About the role

  • Remote data entry clerk supporting Canadian operations through accurate data management and office administration. Handling documents, correspondence, scheduling, quality checks, and digital resources.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data within digital systems
  • Assist with digital document management, including filing, scanning, and organizing files
  • Support administrative tasks such as email correspondence, scheduling, and customer inquiries
  • Manage and track office supplies and digital resources
  • Perform basic data verification and quality checks
  • Support team members with various remote administrative duties

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new software
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively

  • Entry-level track: 2+ years of experience in remote data entry and administrative support
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM, and project management tools
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
  • Ability to work independently and lead remote projects
