About the role

  • Revenue Data Entry Clerk processing revenue documentation and reports for Imperial Parking Canada. Ensuring accurate ledger entries, discrepancy resolution, and month-end close deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Enter daily revenue documentation into systems within two business days of data upload
  • Review entered data for completeness and accuracy before reconciling data groups and transferring information to the ledger
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies, inconsistencies, and missing information
  • Monitor workflow volumes and communicate with internal and external stakeholders about delays, missing reports, or processing impacts
  • Maintain accurate revenue reports and supporting documentation
  • Respond to inquiries from the Revenue Accounts team and other internal stakeholders
  • Prioritize workload to meet processing deadlines
  • Support month-end revenue close activities, ensuring entries are entered, verified, and posted by the fourth business day of each month
  • Escalate issues affecting service levels, reporting accuracy, or month-end deadlines
  • Perform other duties supporting the Services & Operational Support and Customer Experience departments
  • Report to the Manager, Services and Operational Support

Requirements

  • Minimum one (1) year of data entry, administrative, or related experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality
  • Fast, accurate, and efficient data entry skills under tight deadlines
  • Strong sense of urgency and accountability; ability to prioritize competing deadlines
  • Experience in a deadline-driven environment where accuracy and timeliness are critical
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other business applications
  • Dedicated, quiet workspace with reliable internet connectivity
  • Commitment to departmental service levels and month-end reporting timelines
  • Ability to remain seated for extended periods while working at a computer workstation
  • Frequent computer and keyboard use for data entry
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret information on a computer screen
  • Occasional ability to lift office supplies or materials up to 10–15 pounds
  • Ability to maintain focus and productivity in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
