About the role

  • Enterprise Customer Success Manager owning strategic accounts for Quandri’s AI insurance platform. Driving adoption, retention, expansion, and measurable outcomes across insurance brokerages.

Responsibilities

  • Own and advance the largest, most complex enterprise accounts, especially as Quandri focuses on the US market
  • Serve as the primary advocate and trusted advisor for assigned enterprise customers
  • Drive retention, revenue growth, and overall customer value realization
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, Implementation, Support, and Engineering teams
  • Become an expert in Quandri products and communicate their value and impact
  • Understand insurance broker workflows and personal lines renewal processes
  • Provide product adoption and change management sessions
  • Own end-to-end relationships with large enterprise customers
  • Build and maintain executive, operational, and technical stakeholder connections
  • Lead strategic conversations, business reviews, and executive alignment sessions
  • Develop and execute tailored, data-driven success plans
  • Forecast renewals, identify account risks, and coordinate resources to mitigate churn and service issues
  • Support revenue expansion and upsell opportunities with Sales
  • Plan and lead onsite workshops and working sessions at customer offices
  • Translate platform capabilities into tangible business outcomes
  • Provide prioritized customer feedback and strategic insights to Product and Engineering
  • Improve customer success methodologies and enterprise playbooks
  • Travel regularly to customer sites across Canada and the US

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a SaaS environment
  • Minimum of 3 years managing strategic enterprise accounts
  • Knowledge of insurance brokerage workflows, personal lines insurance, or related financial services industries is highly desirable
  • Strong data literacy and ability to analyze product metrics and translate customer use into demonstrable ROI
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint or G-Suite equivalents
  • Proficiency in using a CRM platform; HubSpot preferred
  • Aptitude for technology and ability to learn different software programs quickly
  • Ability to effectively listen and communicate with customers professionally
  • Demonstrated expertise orchestrating multi-region or business unit transformation programs
  • Highly organized, managing multiple projects at a time
  • Expertise mobilizing VP/Director-level sponsorship
  • Flawless English communication with commanding executive presence
  • Detail orientation and ability to identify product gaps, configuration issues, and blockers to adoption
  • Ability to travel at least 25% across North America
