About the role

Business Analyst responsible for analyzing client processes and configuring Vena's AI-powered financial platform. Seeking a detail-oriented individual for remote work with a focus on business needs and technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders through workshops, interviews, and detailed analysis.
Translate complex business needs into clear and concise functional specifications, user stories, and process diagrams.
Analyse and map current financial processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation using the Vena platform.
Serve as a vital link between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions align perfectly with strategic objectives.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirement documents and solution designs.
Assist in the testing and validation of new features and configurations to ensure they meet business requirements.
Support project managers in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Facilitate clear and consistent communication across all project stakeholders.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a technology or finance-focused environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Demonstrable experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and business process analysis.
A solid understanding of core financial concepts such as budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fully remote environment.
A degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related discipline is highly desirable.
Familiarity with FP&A software, BI tools, or experience working with Microsoft technologies would be a distinct advantage.
