About the role

  • Technical Consultant guiding Oracle Cloud integrations for Ramp, which automates finance operations and business spending. Supporting enterprise customers’ complex financial workflows, ERP architectures, and scalable implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Establish partnerships with Ramp customers and act as a liaison between customers and internal technical teams
  • Partner with Customer Activation and Account Management teams to identify, prioritize, and build financial solutions
  • Serve as the primary Technical Consultant for Enterprise accounts running Oracle Cloud
  • Advise customers and internal teams on Oracle Cloud integration, configuration, and system design
  • Assess customer requirements and propose scalable solutions involving Oracle Cloud, HRIS, and API integrations
  • Support technical workstreams with onboarding specialists and implementation leads
  • Troubleshoot technical hurdles and guide customers through complex configuration decisions
  • Participate in technical discovery of Oracle Cloud environments and workflows
  • Recommend best-fit Ramp architecture, including when and how to use Ramp's API
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Oracle Cloud and Ramp accounting integration capabilities
  • Advocate for integration development aligned with customer needs
  • Contribute to internal documentation and tooling for Oracle Cloud integration use cases
  • Channel Oracle Cloud customer pain points and feedback to Product and Engineering teams
  • Define customer financial and technical success criteria from onboarding through activation and expansion
  • Represent Product, Design, and Engineering externally and influence product roadmaps

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field
  • 4+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role, ideally in a SaaS or fintech environment
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud, including financials modules, integration patterns, and enterprise deployment models
  • Deep familiarity with Oracle Cloud Financials accounting workflows, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Subledger Accounting, and multi-org structures
  • Comfort working with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to finance and operations stakeholders
  • Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, and Design on enterprise-driven gaps and roadmap decisions
  • Ability to advise on non-standard Oracle Cloud implementations and edge cases
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering
  • Exceptional organization and problem-solving skills, with a bias toward action and high ownership
  • Adaptability and resourcefulness in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
  • Oracle Cloud Procurement and/or Oracle Projects (PPM) implementation experience is nice to have
