Responsibilities
Proactively engage with RBC clients through phone, email, chat, video, social media, and mobile channels
Deliver outstanding customer service and make every client interaction exceptional
Respond empathetically to client questions and assist with banking solutions
Resolve client concerns at the first point of contact
Support colleagues and contribute to team results
Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners as one RBC team
Manage risks by adhering to compliance routines, processes, and controls
Educate and assist clients with RBC digital capabilities
Requirements
Ability to work independently
Proven time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Exceptional client service capability across multiple channels, including phone and video
Proven ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships, preferably in the financial or service industry
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion and curiosity to help clients meet their needs and solve concerns
Digital literacy across smartphones, tablets, laptops, internet, and computer navigation
Above-average keyboarding skills
Bilingualism in English and French required
Flexibility to work various shifts Monday to Sunday, 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Nice-to-have: past customer service experience providing needs-based solutions

Nice-to-have: previous Contact/Call Centre or fast-paced financial/service industry experience
