About the role
- Senior Contract Recruiter managing high-volume hiring for Retell AI’s voice AI call-center platform. Conducting candidate screens and partnering with hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct approximately 30 or more candidate intro calls each week
- Introduce candidates to Retell AI, its culture, open roles, and interview process
- Evaluate candidates’ experience, communication skills, motivations, and alignment with role requirements
- Manage candidate pipelines and keep stages, notes, and follow-ups organized
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and align on expectations
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Identify pipeline gaps and proactively recommend solutions
- Help create an efficient and positive candidate experience
- Discuss recruiting approach in a recruiting deep dive interview, including a hands-on recruiting scenario or task
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, specializing in either technical or go-to-market roles, preferably within a fast-paced startup or technology environment
- Experience managing a high volume of interviews and candidates
- Strong pipeline management and organizational skills
- Confidence partnering with hiring managers and setting clear expectations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and move quickly
- Strong experience with Ashby is preferred
- Must be comfortable working Pacific Time hours
- Must be comfortable working as a 1099 contractor
