• Understand client business requirements and provide guidance throughout design, configuration, prototyping, testing, and production migration
• Support clients during annual events such as Annual Talent/Performance, Merit, Open Enrollment, and ACA
• Partner with Engagement Managers to communicate project status and changes
• Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts to ensure communication and project alignment

Senior Principal Consultant optimizing Workday Advanced Compensation implementations and support. Helping ERPA clients maximize Workday investments across higher education, government, and diverse industries.

• Provide consulting services on multiple client engagements with limited direction
• Understand client business requirements and provide guidance throughout design, configuration, and prototype phases
• Assist clients with testing and moving solutions to Production
• Support clients during annual events such as Annual Talent/Performance, Merit, Open Enrollment, and ACA
