About the role
- Remote Workday HCM Data Conversion Sr. Consultant supporting ERPA clients’ Workday implementations and post-production projects. Building data conversion, reporting, and functional business process solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide consulting services on multiple client engagements with limited direction
- Build, validate and conduct data conversion and strategy for third-party systems into Workday
- Design, architect, develop, and deploy functional business process, data conversion and reporting solutions
- Understand client business requirements and provide guidance throughout design, configuration and prototype
- Assist clients with testing and move-to-production efforts
- Partner with Engagement Managers to communicate project status and changes
- Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts to ensure project alignment
- Maintain forecasts accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist the Sales team with orals, demos, and LOEs
- Stay current on industry knowledge and Workday enhancements
- Advise on Workday best practices
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships
- Contribute to the development of ERPA’s Workday practice
Requirements
- Workday HCM Core certification with Implementer access
- Workday Data Conversion Services certification with Implementer access
- 2+ years of consulting experience leading, building, validating and conducting data conversion in Workday for multiple functional areas
- Experience with EIBs, Advanced Loads, Object Transporter, and loading baseline configuration
- Workday implementation experience
- Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, SalesForce, or ZenDesk preferred
- Strong, agile communication and presentation skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Open to candidates who require sponsorship transfer
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and background investigation, where applicable including licensing verification
