About the role
- Remote Workday HCM Data Conversion Senior Consultant supporting client implementations and post-production projects. Building conversion solutions and advising clients on Workday best practices for ERPA.
Responsibilities
- Provide consulting services on multiple client engagements with limited direction
- Build, validate, and conduct data conversion and strategy for third-party systems into Workday
- Design, architect, develop, and deploy functional business process, data conversion, and reporting solutions
- Understand client business requirements and provide guidance through design, configuration, and prototyping
- Assist clients with testing and move-to-production efforts
- Partner with Engagement Managers on project status and changes
- Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts to ensure communication and project alignment
- Maintain forecasts accurately and on time
- Assist the Sales team with orals, demos, and LOEs
- Stay current on industry knowledge, Workday enhancements, and Workday best practices
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships
- Contribute to the development of ERPA’s Workday practice
Requirements
- Certified Workday HCM Data Conversion Senior Consultant
- Workday HCM Core certification with Implementer access
- Workday Data Conversion Services certification with Implementer access
- 2+ years of consulting experience leading, building, validating, and conducting Workday data conversion for multiple functional areas
- Experience with Workday implementation
- Experience with EIBs, Advanced Loads, Object Transporter, and loading baseline configuration
- Experience with AMS/Post-Production Support is a plus
- Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, SalesForce, or ZenDesk is preferred
- Strong, agile communication and presentation skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
