About the role

- Ensure quality and approve system customizations after successful testing
- Record knowledge in internal documentation
- Occasionally travel within Europe to support clients on-site and strengthen relationships
Requirements
- Experience in the travel industry is valued but not required
- Knowledge of reservation systems such as Amadeus Altea, Navitaire NewSkies, or quintessence ASGARD/MIDGARD is helpful but not required
- Experience with Scrum methodologies would be an advantage
- Strong communication skills
- Curiosity and a willingness to ask questions
- General affinity for IT; no IT expertise required
- English proficiency is required
- Logical and unconventional thinking, along with strong problem-solving skills
