About the role
- Digital Quality Strategy Delivery Lead responsible for technology strategy across Pharma Technical Operations. Delivering initiatives in the Quality domain and leading cross-functional project teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive the digital technology strategy through delivery of key digital initiatives in Quality domain
- Act as an Agile Product Owner to partner with customers across PT functions
- Architect the planning, execution, and sustainment of digital solutions
- Lead cross-functional project teams with digital experts across multiple sites
- Facilitate compliant solutions in GxP environment
- Identify risks associated with digital quality initiatives and mitigate them
- Continuously explore emerging digital technologies and trends
Requirements
- Several years of experience in architecting and implementing digital transformations in pharma industry
- Excellent knowledge of pharma digital & data ecosystem
- In-depth expertise in regulatory, supply chain and quality information systems
- BS/MS in Science or Engineering Field
- Minimum of 10+ years related experience
- 5+ years in leadership roles with exceptional team and stakeholder management skills
- Strong experience in Organizational Change Management (e.g., ADKAR)
- Solid understanding of GenAI technologies and their application in quality management
