About the role
- Manager leading Power Platform and Front-End Engineering solutions for enterprise-grade applications. Overseeing technical delivery and team mentorship with a focus on modern technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of solutions leveraging Power Apps (Model-Driven, Canvas, Power Pages)
- Guide teams in integrating Power Platform solutions with modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Next.js) and Azure-hosted services
- Establish architectural patterns for front-end extensibility, API-based integrations, and secure and scalable deployments
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted development to accelerate delivery and improve quality
- Review designs, code, and solutions to ensure they meet enterprise standards for performance, security, and maintainability
- Manage and mentor a team of Power Platform and front-end developers
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients, helping them understand when Power Platform is the right fit
- Communicate tradeoffs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Contribute to the evolution of Power Platform accelerators, reusable components, and delivery standards.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in application development or solution delivery
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
- Strong experience with modern front-end technologies, including: React (required), Angular and/or Next.js (preferred)
- Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, and modern UI patterns
- Experience integrating Power Platform with custom front-end applications and Azure services
- Prior experience leading or mentoring development teams
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
