About the role
- Senior Program Manager leading large-scale Digital Transformation initiatives primarily focused on ERP and CRM solutions for Pratt & Whitney Canada. Collaborating globally to deliver enterprise-wide solutions for critical business applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex, multidisciplinary enterprise technology programs involving ERP, SAP, CRM and other critical business applications
- Develop and implement integrated program plans, ensuring management of scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies and business outcomes
- Oversee end-to-end delivery, including integrations, data migration, testing, deployment and operational readiness
- Collaborate closely with solution architects, engineering managers, product owners and delivery teams to ensure initiative success
- Drive transformation programs across areas such as finance, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, sales and customer service
- Establish effective program governance, monitor portfolio performance and present recommendations and reports to senior leadership
- Chair steering committees and facilitate strategic decision-making with business and technology stakeholders
- Ensure program delivery using Agile, hybrid or traditional methodologies while promoting continuous improvement and delivery excellence
- Build trusted relationships with executives, vendors and global teams, and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Manage strategic vendor partnerships and coordinate globally distributed delivery teams to ensure quality delivery on time and within budget
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is an asset)
- 10+ years of progressive experience in program and portfolio management within large organizations
- Proven experience delivering enterprise transformation programs involving ERP, SAP and CRM solutions
- Experience collaborating with executives and business partners in North America
- Demonstrated success managing delivery teams distributed across multiple global regions
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, system integrations, APIs, cloud technologies and digital transformation
- Experience delivering programs using Agile, Scrum, SAFe, hybrid and traditional methodologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-million-dollar programs with multiple concurrent workstreams
- PMP certification is an asset
