About the role
- Search Engine Evaluator testing search results for RWS. Providing multilingual feedback on text, audio, images, and videos to improve AI data.
Responsibilities
- Test and evaluate how clients’ search engines respond to everyday searches
- Work through a variety of assignments to enhance AI data
- Provide feedback on text, audio, images, and videos
- Help refine AI data used by major search engines, social media sites, streaming platforms, and more
- Maintain quality and accuracy SLAs while working independently from a home office
Requirements
- Currently reside in Canada
- Strong understanding of popular culture in your locale (Canada)
- Commit to a minimum of 5 hours per week, maximum of 20 hours per week
- Must sign and adhere to project NDA
- Have a smartphone and personal computer with reliable internet connection
- Reliable antivirus software to protect your computer as you surf the web
- Must pass training modules and a required test created by our client before commencing work
- Only one Search Quality Rater per household
- Must be 18+ years old
- English and French proficiency
- Inquisitive by nature with a real interest in AI
- Excellent skills in online research
- Ability to maintain quality and accuracy SLAs
- Ability to analyze information and assess its relevance or significance
- No previous experience is required
