About the role
- Global VP leading accounting, tax, and entity management services for multinational businesses. Scaling delivery teams and partner networks while driving customer satisfaction, growth, and operational performance.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales and client success teams to ensure offerings meet prospective and existing customer demands
- Support sales and account management in reaching annual growth objectives through highly referenceable customers
- Design accounting, tax, entity incorporation, and entity management solutions globally and at individual country levels
- Grow the internal delivery footprint across key countries and expand the partner network for other geographies
- Manage day-to-day service delivery against service-level agreements, operational KPIs, customer satisfaction targets, financial performance targets, and budgets
- Attract, nurture, and retain accountants and other professionals
- Partner with leaders across service areas to provide unified services to global customers
- Report directly to the Chief Operating Officer responsible for the global EOR and managed solutions business
- Travel and meet with teams and customers as needed to maintain global connection and unified mission
Requirements
- Leadership experience in accounting, professional services, or the outsourcing industry (required)
- Experience managing globally dispersed teams
- Experience managing work-from-home or hybrid workforces
- Demonstrated track record of growing internal talent and preparing people for expanded responsibilities
- Demonstrated track record of service delivery excellence
- Demonstrated track record of sales collaboration and a growth mindset
- Ability to help an organization change and adapt its ways of working for growth and scale
