• Manage client relationships
• Own the creation, review, and issuance of accurate and timely monthly financial statements for 20–40 clients
• Manage and train the preparer team to produce reliable financials and maintain strong client margins
• Communicate with clients via Slack and email, answer questions, and obtain information for month-end closes
• Clean and set up new books for newly signed clients
