About the role
- Senior Copywriter shaping product launches, campaigns, and brand voice for Saje Natural Wellness, a natural wellness products company. Creating copy across e-commerce, email, social, performance, retail, and product naming.
Responsibilities
- Support brand development work related to content and copy
- Lead copy strategy for product launches and campaigns
- Facilitate and build upon the evolved tone of voice across all channels
- Execute successful campaigns at scale through omni-channel mediums, including brand storytelling and performance
- Partner with Digital and Brand Designers to create best-in-class creative solutions
- Present work cohesively to senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners
- Build narrative decks and use strong presentation skills to communicate briefs and insights
- Partner with Marketing, Growth and Retail teams to execute using best practices
- Maintain encyclopedic knowledge of Saje products, benefits and brand positioning
- Create and deliver work on schedule against shared KPIs and briefing deadlines
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture
Requirements
- 5-7 years of copywriting experience developing and creating full-funnel, omni-channel campaigns with consistency and agility
- Brand-side experience is ideal, but not mandatory
- Strong foundation of strategic thinking with proven conceptual ideation
- Ability to pull ideas through a variety of channels using copy
- Ability to carry out a concept from start to completion aligned with the brand’s positioning and tone
- Strong knowledge of platform, creative and industry trends and digital best practices
- Ability to translate knowledge into strategically applying it to creative executions
- Ability to switch between e-commerce, email, scripting, shoot supervision, retail and product naming
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Proficient in gathering learnings and insights from platforms, consumer feedback and culture to make concise, relevant recommendations
- Portfolio of effective work across multiple mediums
- Experience with beauty and wellness, especially retail, preferred by role context
