About the role
- SAP SD Consultant specializing in Order-to-Cash processes for global SAP implementation projects. Responsible for configuration, testing, and post-go-live support in SAP S/4HANA environments.
Responsibilities
- Configure and support **SAP SD Order-to-Cash processes** including:
- Sales Order Processing
- Pricing and Condition Techniques
- Delivery Processing
- Billing and Invoicing
- Credit Management
- Gather and analyze **business requirements** and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Configure and test **sales documents, pricing procedures, billing types, and delivery settings**.
- Work closely with **cross-functional teams (MM, FI, WM, PP)** to ensure seamless integration.
- Support **system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities**.
- Provide **post-go-live support and troubleshooting** for business users.
- Document **functional specifications and business processes**.
Requirements
- 3+ years of **hands-on SAP SD configuration experience**
- Strong knowledge of **Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes**
- Experience with **pricing configuration, billing, and delivery processes**
- Understanding of **integration with SAP MM and FI modules**
- Experience in **S/4HANA environments preferred**
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in **full lifecycle SAP implementations**
- Knowledge of **SAP Fiori apps related to SD**
- Experience with **IDOCs, EDI, or third-party integrations**
- SAP Certification in **Sales and Distribution** is an asset
