About the role

  • Solutions Architect Lead onboarding clients to Sardine’s fraud and compliance platform. Leading integrations, implementation projects, technical solutions, and integration-team delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing integration team focused on seamless client onboarding and scalable technical solutions
  • Provide end-to-end client support during onboarding
  • Own APIs, SDK documentation, integration guides, and support documents
  • Analyze clients’ technical and functional requirements and design solutions based on Sardine’s system and product capabilities
  • Manage implementation projects, including quality monitoring, timeline management, risk mitigation, and delivery execution
  • Understand customers’ business problems, technical requirements, and success criteria to provide solutions using Sardine’s technology
  • Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience as an implementation manager, integrations engineer, technical account manager, solution architect, or systems analyst
  • Experience working with multiple technical teams, both internal and external
  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payment, fraud, risk, or compliance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including explaining complex technical and business concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive deliverables to completion
  • Experience with basic SQL querying and JSON payload analysis
  • Experience with API specifications such as OpenAPI
  • Experience with web development
  • Experience writing scripts to build internal tools, such as bash scripting, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, or Postman
