About the role

  • Senior B2B Product Manager focusing on product strategy and roadmap for ScholarshipOwl. Collaborating closely with Sales to translate market needs into actionable platform features.

Responsibilities

  • Define the product strategy and roadmap for ScholarshipOwl for Business, prioritizing features that deliver measurable ROI for brands.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to understand customer pain points, qualify market needs, and ensure the product supports a high-touch sales motion.
  • Move beyond execution to define what we build and why , ensuring our B2B ecosystem is scalable, intuitive, and competitive.
  • Engage directly with internal stakeholders and external brand partners to validate new campaign models and features.
  • Lead the development of campaign creation tools, targeting/segmentation engines, and real-time analytics dashboards.
  • Lead a dedicated pod of engineers and designers to deliver high-quality releases in an agile, fast-paced environment.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate AI/ML to automate campaign optimization and enhance student-brand matching.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience , specifically within the B2B/SaaS space.
  • Proven track record of owning a product roadmap from conception to launch, ideally in an early-stage or "0 to 1" environment.
  • Experience working directly with Sales teams to align product development with commercial feedback and revenue goals.
  • You are comfortable diving into data to identify friction points and opportunities for platform improvement.
  • You understand that building for businesses requires a focus on reliability, reporting, and clear value demonstration.
  • You know how to ship MVP versions to test hypotheses quickly without sacrificing long-term scalability.
  • Bonus: Experience in AdTech, MarTech, or lead generation platforms.
