Responsibilities
Define the product strategy and roadmap for ScholarshipOwl for Business, prioritizing features that deliver measurable ROI for brands.
Work closely with the Sales team to understand customer pain points, qualify market needs, and ensure the product supports a high-touch sales motion.
Move beyond execution to define what we build and why , ensuring our B2B ecosystem is scalable, intuitive, and competitive.
Engage directly with internal stakeholders and external brand partners to validate new campaign models and features.
Lead the development of campaign creation tools, targeting/segmentation engines, and real-time analytics dashboards.
Lead a dedicated pod of engineers and designers to deliver high-quality releases in an agile, fast-paced environment.
Identify opportunities to integrate AI/ML to automate campaign optimization and enhance student-brand matching.
Requirements
5+ years of Product Management experience , specifically within the B2B/SaaS space.
Proven track record of owning a product roadmap from conception to launch, ideally in an early-stage or "0 to 1" environment.
Experience working directly with Sales teams to align product development with commercial feedback and revenue goals.
You are comfortable diving into data to identify friction points and opportunities for platform improvement.
You understand that building for businesses requires a focus on reliability, reporting, and clear value demonstration.
You know how to ship MVP versions to test hypotheses quickly without sacrificing long-term scalability.
Bonus: Experience in AdTech, MarTech, or lead generation platforms.
