Responsibilities
Lead the product vision and roadmap across Sitero's eClinical and eCompliance technology portfolio
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Sitero's platforms
Define and champion a multi-year product roadmap aligned with customer needs and Sitero's single-vendor, full-transparency model
Lead and develop a team of product managers
Collaborate with clinical operations, drug safety, biostatistics, data management, engineering, and commercial teams
Accelerate adoption of SiteroAI and Ash AI across study configuration, data management, and portfolio insights
Maintain relationships with sponsor and site stakeholders and serve as a voice of the customer
Monitor the CRO and eClinical technology competitive landscape
Build and lead the Customer Advisory Board program
Represent product leadership in EBC meetings, QBRs, client settings, and industry conferences
Partner with commercial and account management teams to drive customer value and identify expansion opportunities
Support business development through RFP responses, client presentations, and partnership discussions
Ensure platform compliance across North American and global markets
Requirements
12+ years of progressive product management experience
At least 5 years in a senior or VP-level role within the life sciences technology, CRO, or eClinical software space
Deep familiarity with clinical trial workflows and systems such as EDC, RTSM, CTMS, eConsent, or pharmacovigilance platforms
Demonstrated track record of building and scaling SaaS products in regulated environments
Experience working with or for a CRO, site management organization, or sponsor organization strongly preferred
Strong people leadership skills and executive presence
Ability to influence without authority across a matrixed organization
Experience with AI/ML product integration is a significant plus
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, computer science, engineering, or a related field required
Familiarity with FDA 21 CFR Part 11, ICH E6 GCP, and Health Canada requirements
Willingness to work in shifts as needed
Ability to work standard 40-hour weeks, Monday–Friday, with additional hours as needed
