About the role

- Develop and implement organic content marketing strategies to increase brand awareness in the DACH region
- Create and maintain content for social media, blogs, and trade publications
- Collaborate with the AI development team to optimize and automate content creation
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop creative content campaigns
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners in the real estate sector
- Plan, execute, and optimize proactive outreach campaigns via LinkedIn or email outreach
- Raise awareness of AI solutions among real estate agents and small and medium-sized businesses
Requirements
- Experience in content marketing and social media strategies, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
- Independent working style with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to proactively drive projects forward
- Knowledge of AI-powered tools and automation solutions is an advantage
- Ability to work creatively in a dynamic environment and develop innovative marketing solutions
