About the role

  • Full Lifecycle Recruiter helping SOCi scale agentic marketing technology for multi-location brands. Managing sourcing, hiring-manager advising, and end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical roles.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to execute recruiting strategies for proactive sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing for current and future needs
  • Manage full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Liaise between candidates, hiring managers, and HR business partners, providing guidance and communication through interview, offer, and hiring processes
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand team needs, priorities, and long-term goals
  • Influence leaders using incumbent performance data and external talent pool data to create robust pipelines of ideal candidates
  • Advise hiring managers on talent acquisition best practices
  • Evaluate complex issues, develop logical conclusions, and make recommendations using an analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Provide individual support and training to the recruiting team as needed, ensuring process steps are executed correctly
  • Manage and track job approval workflows, ensuring timely movement and clear communication
  • Adapt job descriptions as necessary and perform other assigned duties

Requirements

  • 5+ years relevant recruitment industry experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience as a Full Life Cycle Recruiter, ideally with a focus on both technical and non-technical roles within a small to mid-size SaaS environment preferred
  • Strong expertise in sourcing methods, candidate assessment, and interview techniques
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills required to evaluate complex issues, develop logical conclusions, and make appropriate recommendations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed recruitment metrics/KPIs consistently
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Proactive mindset to help grow the business aligned to organizational goals
  • Experience identifying and leading or participating in process improvement projects for Talent Acquisition
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality with executive leadership
