About the role

Senior Android Developer at Social Discovery Group developing and refining functionality for global social discovery products. Implementation of components, quality control, and working as part of an international team.

Responsibilities

Must-have:
- Deep Kotlin + coroutines/Flow
- Experience building smooth, high-performance UI in Jetpack Compose (custom layouts, complex animations, shaders, real-time updates)
- Strong async & networking architecture (incl. WebSockets/streaming)
- Performance & memory profiling (jank, overdraw, allocations)
- Fast UI iteration loops, polished animations
- Observability: logs/metrics/traces
Nice-to-have:
- OpenGL / AGSL / GPU pipelines
- CI/CD & modular architecture
- Benchmarking/performance regression tests
- Experience with multimedia (audio/video/voice sync)
