Responsibilities

Define and document CAD standards using Siemens NX, as well as models and best practices
Develop workflows for managing CAD (NX) data within Teamcenter PLM systems
Integrate NX, CATIA V5, and Multi-CAD tools with Teamcenter PLM and troubleshoot issues
Organize mentoring sessions and create user documentation
Verify the accuracy of CAD models and their compliance with standards
Collaborate with design, manufacturing, IT, and Siemens partner teams
Analyze, identify, and propose engineering process improvements based on internal customer needs
Participate in workshops to gather requirements and user stories
Engage with various areas of the engineering organization to ensure the applicability of proposed solutions

Bachelor's degree in Engineering
5+ years of relevant experience with Siemens NX software
Proficiency in NX and CATIA V5 CAD software
Strong knowledge of GD&T/PMI and engineering standards
Good knowledge of PLM principles and experience with Teamcenter
Excellent communication skills and the ability to train or mentor others
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with aerospace development is an asset
Organized, with leadership skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision
Logical and flexible approach
Initiative and the ability to understand how the details of a CAD project integrate into the broader PLM environment
