Responsibilities

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 🎯**
You will act as a **Methods technical expert** and **project manager**, responsible for managing and deploying new projects related to **process optimization** and **innovation** within the company's operations.
Lead cross-functional projects focused on industrial process improvement and innovation.
Serve as the Methods technical reference in an aerospace environment.
Analyze existing processes and propose optimization solutions.
Coordinate stakeholders (engineering, production, quality, etc.).
Ensure tracking of deliverables, schedules and performance indicators.
Actively contribute to continuous improvement and the company's strategic initiatives.
