About the role
- Global IGA Engineer administering SailPoint IdentityIQ and IAM integrations. Supporting lifecycle management, access governance, connectors, and enterprise stakeholders remotely within Ontario.
Responsibilities
- Administer and troubleshoot SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) environments
- Develop, implement, and maintain SailPoint IIQ solutions
- Perform application onboarding and ongoing support activities
- Support identity lifecycle management processes
- Integrate Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions
- Manage account creation and onboarding processes
- Develop, deliver, and maintain Quicklinks, Forms, and Workflows
- Utilize SCIM APIs for identity integrations
- Configure and support Web Services Connectors
- Configure and support Database (JDBC) Connectors
- Develop and maintain BeanShell and Java-based customizations
- Support certification campaigns and access reviews
- Provide access request support and troubleshooting
- Maintain SailPoint IIQ server hygiene and operational health
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess requirements and feasibility
- Support directory services integrations including LDAP and Active Directory
- Manage tickets, engage end users, and resolve issues
- Coordinate with vendors for support cases and issue resolution
- Take ownership of assigned initiatives and drive them to completion
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of related experience
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
- Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies and infrastructure architecture
- Knowledge of Directory Services including LDAP and Active Directory
- Experience with ticket management and end-user support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with stakeholders across technical and business teams
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work effectively across Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams
- Preferred: Experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
- Preferred: Experience with CyberArk Vault (PAM)
- Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Azure / Entra, specifically IAM-related services
- Preferred: Experience working within large enterprise environments
