About the role
- Senior Product Manager ensuring product execution of ACP construction technology. Leading the development from breakthrough product to industry platform with a focus on customer insights.
Responsibilities
- Own discovery. Run the company's continuous voice-of-customer function and synthesize customer insights to drive our roadmap.
- Define, prioritize, and launch new features that expand the scope of design activities automated by ACP.
- Own specification. Supply what strong engineering teams need most: customer intent, precise requirements, acceptance criteria, and tradeoff decisions.
- Set the pace. You'll champion a culture where speed of delivery is a core value.
- Keep the company aligned. Customer support, sales, marketing and training teams always know what's shipped, what's committed, and what's future scope.
- Measure what matters. Define and report the metrics that tell us whether the product works.
Requirements
- You've personally run customer discovery, and you're good at it.
- You've worked with strong engineering teams on genuinely complex products.
- You absorb unfamiliar domains fast.
- You own decisions.
- You've shipped SaaS products for expert users in complex domains.
