Product Analyst at Tabby improving customer activation and loyalty in digital financial products. Collaborating with teams to analyze data and enhance customer experience across all products.
Responsibilities
Support product and business teams in working with different stages of customer activation and reactivation funnels.
Take a holistic view of the customer lifecycle, identifying opportunities to improve long-term value, customer loyalty, and overall LTV.
Generate hypotheses, conduct research and A/B tests, and present your findings clearly.
Collaborate with business teams in addition to the product team.
Support and monitor existing Tabby Customer Lifecycle metrics, identify areas for improvement.
Develop data visualizations and reports that are informative and easily understood by business and product teams.
Own and analyze raw product and behavioral events, transforming low-level data into actionable insights.
Assist in the planning of necessary data structures.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a data/product analyst, ideally in consumer-facing digital products.
Proven expertise in designing and running A/B tests, including sample size estimation, statistical methods, and interpreting results.
Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
Proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly Tableau.
Experience in planning data structures for new products and features.
Strong knowledge of Python (Pandas, Numpy, Statsmodels, Matplotlib, Scipy, etc.)
Strong quantitative skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
Experience in loyalty programs, CRM analytics, or customer retention strategies would be an advantage.
Background in behavioral analytics and/or user segmentation is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
