About the role
- Business Application Analyst optimizing customer experiences at TD, a leading financial services provider. Leading requirements management and functional testing with a focus on Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Identify, document, and validate current state processes and design the desired future state target operating model (TOM)
- Lead, analyze, document, and manage requirements with stakeholders
- Manage end-to-end traceability from business goals to business rules and features, epics, user stories, and test cases
- Plan for people & process changes, coordinate with impacted stakeholders, and execute change plans
- Plan, execute, and manage functional testing efforts in support of the delivery lifecycle
- Effectively communicate product changes and backlog priorities to stakeholders
- Create and document Target Operating Models (TOMs) and define how opportunities and challenges will be delivered through these TOMs
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or technical certificate
- 5+ years relevant experience
- 5+ years in Project Management, Product Owner, Testing Practices, and/or Agile delivery experience
- Certifications such as PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner, or Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) are assets
- Proficient in MS Office and collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence
- Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form and bridge the gap between business users and their technical requirements
