About the role

  • Senior Business Analyst shaping client onboarding systems and processes for TD’s Small Business Banking clients. Translating business needs into actionable requirements and delivery solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements discovery through workshops, interviews, process reviews, and stakeholder engagement
  • Translate business needs into business requirements, functional requirements, user stories, process flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria
  • Partner with UX designers to visualize future-state experiences through journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and process models
  • Facilitate stakeholder and SME discussions to identify gaps, clarify requirements, resolve ambiguities, and uncover business knowledge
  • Analyze current-state processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, client experience, risk management, and operational effectiveness
  • Document business and system rules for consistent implementation across channels, teams, and platforms
  • Support solution design discussions and collaborate with technology partners on delivery approaches
  • Collaborate with Agile delivery teams throughout planning, backlog refinement, testing, implementation, and post-launch support
  • Ensure stakeholder alignment through communication, reviews, and validation
  • Support testing by defining test scenarios, validating requirements coverage, and facilitating business acceptance
  • Define and deliver target-state systems, processes, and capabilities supporting the Small Business Banking client onboarding experience

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis experience
  • Experience delivering technology-enabled projects in Agile and/or Waterfall environments
  • Ability to gather, analyze, document, and validate complex business requirements
  • Experience creating business process maps, user journeys, use cases, workflow diagrams, and functional documentation
  • Experience documenting business rules, data requirements, and system requirements
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product, UX Design, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in Branch Banking and/or Small Business Banking preferred
  • Experience with client onboarding and buying experience preferred
