Senior Financial Crime Risk Analyst developing AML/ATF training for TD, a global financial institution. Managing training lifecycle, regulatory updates, audits, and stakeholder partnerships.
Responsibilities
Lead, support, and oversee the design and development of Financial Crime Risk Management training
Execute training lifecycle stages, including needs analysis, design, development, and evaluation
Partner with FCRM subject matter experts, internal and external stakeholders, and third-party vendors
Build relationships with partners across FCRM, Compliance, Learning and Development, Risk, Internal Audit, and Legal
Manage the training team inbox and monitor continuing education tracking and reporting
Update the training library and prepare general reports
Plan internal conferences and support internal webinars
Create and update procedures and perform other administrative duties
Plan and organize training projects using project planning and training development tools
Monitor AML/ATF industry developments and laws and regulations across TD jurisdictions
Research FCRM program risk and compliance management trends relevant to training content
Support regulatory examinations and internal/external audits by reviewing, packaging, and providing training program information
Represent FCRM Training on projects
Keep leadership informed about project status and day-to-day activities
Provide AML/ATF thought leadership and support knowledge transfer
Participate in performance management, development, and cross-training activities
Act as a brand ambassador for FCRM and TD
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience
Minimum three years of relevant experience in training, compliance, risk management, or similar role
Experience designing and developing training using instructional design or a passion for learning
Strong knowledge of AML/ATF risk/compliance management requirements, legal and regulatory environment, current and emerging trends, and training requirements
Prior financial services experience and/or knowledge of TD Businesses
Strong ability to apply critical thinking and exercise sound judgement
Ability to synthesize and communicate complex information for executive audiences
Ability to present orally and in writing to a broad array of audiences
Project management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to develop project plans and independently coordinate and complete projects
Ability to lead, develop, support, coordinate, and implement program project plans and activities to completion
Ability to manage competing priorities, meet multiple deadlines, and escalate appropriately
Ability to contribute to strategic direction and provide recommendations to senior leadership
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions and independently
Ability to identify and recommend process improvements and/or automation opportunities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
CAMS/ACFCS designation and accreditation in related fields would be an asset
Experience developing and evaluating training using a learning authoring tool such as Articulate would be an asset
