- Support Workday by designing, building, and maintaining integrations and configurations
- Develop custom applications using Workday Extend to solve unique business problems
- Work with Workday Prism Analytics for meaningful insights and reporting solutions
- Build and maintain integrations using APIs, Workday Studio, and EIBs
- Develop business logic using calculated fields and business process frameworks
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance
- Contribute to enhancements across Payroll, HCM, Recruiting, and Benefits
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree, Postgraduate degree or Technical Certificate
- Strong academic background (e.g., computer science, engineering)
- Interest in building low code / pro-code enterprise applications within a cloud platform
- Exposure to concepts like web app development, UI design, event-driven logic, and APIs
- Experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript) and familiarity with REST APIs, or modern app frameworks
- Comfort working with data—transforming, blending, and analyzing datasets
- Familiarity with ETL concepts, data pipelines, and structured vs. unstructured data
- Experience with SQL, data modeling, or analytics tools is a strong asset
- Interest in turning data into insights that drive decision-making.
