Responsibilities
- Develop mortgage business through referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Develop and manage a customer base using a proactive and strategic approach
- Flex work schedule to maintain work-life balance
- Participate in targeted sales training to build sales skills and credit knowledge
- Work closely with the Senior District Sales Manager through joint sales calls and monthly coaching sessions
- Use a sales management system designed for the mobile mortgage sales channel
- Build a personal business using TD’s brand
- Provide mortgage sales support within TD Canada Trust’s personal and small business banking business
Requirements
- Proven sales track record
- Exceptional quality sales skills
- Self-starter with an independent, self-managed professional approach
- Experience developing new business in a fast-paced, competitive market
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication
- Post-secondary education preferred
- Ability to work under provincial employment regulations in Canada
