About the role

  • Technical Product Manager optimizing TD SYNNEX’s internal ERP applications and renewal systems. Leading lifecycle management, renewals automation, and cross-functional IT projects across North America.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap for internal ecosystems and applications
  • Define product vision, goals, and requirements with stakeholders
  • Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Coordinate with IT, business units, and external vendors
  • Assess needs and gather departmental requirements
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and Jira/Xidea/Boss backlogs
  • Collaborate with developers and system engineers to design scalable and secure application features
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business units and IT
  • Report project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and senior management
  • Develop and execute testing plans and manage user acceptance testing
  • Create training materials, conduct user training, and provide ongoing system support
  • Monitor system performance and user feedback
  • Recommend and implement best practices based on industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Maintain technical specifications and documentation for future enhancements and knowledge transfer
  • Focus on lifecycle management, renewals processes, systems, and customer success across North America

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience, typically up to 5 years, as an IT Product Manager or Project Manager with minimal supervision and a focus on ERP systems
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Knowledge of IT project management methodologies
  • High-volume, fast-paced logistics experience
  • Technical knowledge of conveyor and networking systems
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Ability to use relevant computer systems and applications at an intermediate level
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing effectively in English and another local/regional language
  • Ability to create and deliver formal presentations
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work occasional non-standard hours or overtime
  • On-call availability as necessary
  • Ability to travel less than 10%
