About the role
- Technical SAP Human Resources Consultant at Technitask, designing and developing SAP HR solutions. Collaborate with clients to modernize and standardize HR processes across various modules.
Responsibilities
- Drive the modernization and standardization of HR processes on the latest SAP HR solutions
- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
- Design solutions across payroll, talent management, employee experience, and people analytics modules
- Create solution designs considering architecture, data & reporting, security, and other areas
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience across SAP HR modules
- Experience with S/4 and ECC implementation
- Certifications with SAP Human Capital Management (HCM), HCM Payroll, SuccessFactors
- 5+ years of experience across SAP timesheet technologies such as Personnel Time Management, Payroll Accounting, Cross-Application Time Sheets (CATS)
