About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Manager responsible for strategy and recruitment in IT & engineering at TEHORA. Supporting organizational growth through effective sourcing and selection of top talent.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the talent acquisition strategy (IT & engineering)
  • Identify, approach, and recruit specialized profiles (consultants, experts, engineers)
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Collaborate with proposal teams to quickly meet resourcing needs
  • Analyze client needs and define target profiles
  • Write and post targeted job advertisements
  • Conduct screening interviews and assess technical and behavioral competencies
  • Manage candidate follow-up throughout the recruitment process
  • Develop attraction strategies (LinkedIn, networking, partnerships, etc.)
  • Implement and optimize recruitment tools and processes
  • Contribute to employer branding and the visibility of TEHORA
  • Monitor the labor market and recruitment trends

Requirements

  • University degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 to 10 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT or engineering
  • Excellent knowledge of the technical talent market
  • Proven ability to assess a wide range of technical profiles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented and able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
  • Fluency in French (spoken and written); English is an asset
